Head of Outdoor Education
Caleb hails from a small suburban town called Mysore from the south of India. He pursued his masters in ecology & environmental science and worked as a conservation biologist for 8 years. Simultaneously, he trained as an outdoor professional and wilderness guide. In 2019, he left the field of academia to explore alternate careers that combine his interests in science, nature, education, adventure, cultural exploration, mindfulness and mental wellness. Caleb worked in a myriad of roles as a wildlife educator, nature guide, rock climbing and river guide, Shinrin-yoku guide, anthropological filmmaker for ethnic tribes and as a funding manager for Outdoor festivals and events. His approach to outdoor education is sourced from various practices around the world, he aims to create a new vision for the company.

Outdoor Education Coordinator
Meet Tug—our behind-the-scenes powerhouse who ensures every student’s outdoor experience is safe, smooth, and full of possibility. As the Outdoor Education Coordinator, he handles the essential logistics: arranging transportation, caring for dietary needs, organizing safety equipment, and coordinating with trusted partners and vendors. With Tug on the job, students can concentrate on what truly matters—exploring, discovering, and building confidence in the great outdoors. His mission is to make every adventure welcoming, accessible, and genuinely enjoyable.

Freelancers and Support staff
We work together with a amazing team of free lance staff. The team is a mix of researchers, outdoor instructors, chefs, PE teachers and more with a shared passion for enhancing young peoples lives through the outdoors.
